Nizzar Melki is head of talent acquisition at JAM People, the staffing division of JAM Event Services, with responsibility for sourcing and recruiting event workforces across the region, and has also served as account director for the Saudi market. Based in Dubai, he came to the events sector from roles at THA Event Experts, KingMakers and TikTok. He holds a master of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Balamand in Lebanon.
