Botswana-born and Oxford-educated, she currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Investment Solutions at Generali Investments, which manages 600 billion dollars in assets, based in Milan. She previously was an Investment Director at abrdn in London leading investment solutions for a client portfolio exceeding 200 billion pounds, holds actuarial training from the UK Institute of Actuaries and an Executive MBA from Oxford, and received the Investment Women of the Year award in 2022.
