Nameer Khan is the founder and chairman of the MENA Fintech Association, a non-profit platform he built from the ground up in 2018 that now ranks among the leading global fintech bodies, representing twenty-two markets and a community of more than twenty-six thousand professionals, and working with regional regulators and central banks to establish fintech frameworks. He is also founder and chief executive of Fils, a regional fintech focused on sustainability in e-commerce. He studied business at Cambridge Judge Business School, was recognised by the Central Bank of the UAE as the region's future fintech leader for his contribution to industry growth and collaboration, and is an honorary professor at Heriot-Watt University.
