Founder and Executive Chairman of MNT-Halan, Egypt and MENA's first unicorn and the region's largest non-bank financial services provider, with a mission to digitally bank the unbanked. He has led the company since 2018 and unified his ventures under the MNT-Halan brand in 2021 into an integrated lending, payments and commerce platform that has served more than seven million customers and issued more than eleven billion dollars in loans. He holds an MSc in Development from the London School of Economics and studied International Business at Regent's University London.
