Dr. Mohammed Salama is a molecular genetics leader with over a decade of experience advancing diagnostic services across accredited clinical laboratories in Saudi Arabia. He serves as Director of Laboratory Genomics & Molecular Operations at CuraGenex, where he is leading the establishment of a next-generation genomics and multi-omics platform designed to strengthen precision medicine capabilities in the Kingdom. He has played a central role in building and expanding laboratory operations, including contributing to the development and growth of advanced molecular services at Eurofins Clinical KSA. His experience spans CAP, CBAHI, and ISO 15189 accredited environments, with strong expertise in laboratory setup, validation strategy, quality systems, and operational excellence. He holds a PhD in Genetics from King Abdulaziz University and is committed to building high-performing, quality-driven laboratory systems that align with national healthcare priorities and advance precision medicine in Saudi Arabia.
