Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mohammed Alomayyer is the founder and chief executive of Tameed, which he founded in 2019 with Mohammed Al Alshaikh. Tameed is a Saudi debt crowdfunding platform offering small and medium-sized enterprises Shariah-compliant financing for purchase orders and government contracts, connecting contract holders with individual and institutional financiers through a licensed digital platform. Under his leadership the platform closed a $15 million Series A round in December 2023 led by Alromaih Investments. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Dominican University of California and a financial modelling and valuation certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute. His work focuses on alternative finance and on giving small and medium-sized enterprises access to working capital in the Saudi market.
