Director General

Mohammed Abdelqadir is Director General of the Somali Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, where he works to build links between Norway, Somalia and international partners in skills development, entrepreneurship, investment, innovation and private sector cooperation. He is also CEO and co-founder of Digna AS, a Norwegian social innovation and technology company that makes public information and learning more accessible for migrants, refugees and underserved communities through digital tools, multilingual video content and practical communication about public services, rights, duties and opportunities. His work is shaped by his own experience as a migrant, entrepreneur and community builder, and his interests include inclusive education, AI for learning, digital inclusion, youth empowerment and the role of diaspora communities in sustainable development.
