Chief Executive Officer

Mana bin Mohammed AlKhamsan has been Chief Executive Officer of The Financial Academy and a member of its board of trustees since June 2020. The academy is the national body responsible for developing human capital for Saudi Arabia's financial sector and issuing accredited professional certificates for practitioners in banking, insurance and capital markets. Since taking the role he has led a restructuring of the academy and the appointment of sector heads to serve its strategic objectives in developing training content, raising the capability of financial sector professionals and aligning its qualifications with international standards. His professional experience covers financial education, institutional management and the design of professional qualification programmes, and he takes part in public discussion of human capital development, professional ethics and global standards in the financial sector.
