Mai Tarek is an educational leader with more than 16 years of experience in teaching, English supervision and academic leadership. As English Academic Supervisor at Al Mutaqadimah International Schools she enhances instructional quality and academic standards within the American curriculum across more than 20 schools. She holds a diploma in education and certifications in human resources management and education, and she is a member of the Cognia accreditation team. She has expertise in implementing standards within the Common Core framework and aligning teaching and assessment with national NAFES and ETEC requirements, focusing on curriculum alignment and data-driven instruction. As a teacher trainer she leads professional development on modern instructional strategies, assessment literacy and student-centred learning, building teacher capacity and supporting schools toward sustainable improvement and accreditation.
