Education, Quality and Compliance Director

Maha Eid is Education, Quality and Compliance Director at Blossom Nursery, part of the Babilou Family, bringing more than two decades of experience in early years education, teaching, leadership and nursery management. She has worked with several established schools and nurseries in Dubai, leading teams and delivering innovative, structured early years curricula. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood studies, CACHE Level 5 in leadership and management, Montessori teaching certification, educational studies qualifications and the Leadership for Childcare Professionals certificate in affiliation with the Ministry of Social Affairs. She believes strong leadership, open communication and meaningful partnerships are essential to good outcomes for children, and she works to support families, empower educators and provide nurturing, inclusive environments that support each child’s development and wellbeing.
