Luay Ayyash

Director of Construction

Dr Luay Ayyash is Director of Construction at the Royal Commission for AlUla, where he oversees the delivery of construction works across the commission's development programme. He is a construction executive with more than twenty years of experience managing MEP construction and infrastructure development across the GCC and the wider Middle East, and was shortlisted as Construction Executive of the Year at the Construction Week Awards in 2017. He holds a doctorate in business administration awarded in 2023 and a Master of Science in construction management, and works with a stated focus on sustainability and green building.
