Pastoral and Wellbeing Vice Principal

Lara Zeaiter is an educational leader who believes academic excellence and student wellbeing are inseparable. She has recently relocated to Riyadh, where she is Vice Principal for Pastoral Care and Wellbeing for Grades 1 to 3 at Riyadh Schools Al Malqa. Her career has been rooted in the alignment of learning, behaviour, wellbeing and leadership, in roles where academic responsibility and pastoral oversight were deliberately combined, which shaped her view that high academic standards require equal investment in students’ emotional intelligence, behavioural development and social growth, because learning is shaped by how safe, supported and understood students feel. Her current role has allowed her to lead these domains both separately and together, strengthening her ability to lead strategically across school systems.
