Judy Panconi Richards is Deputy Head of Pastoral Care and an adaptive teaching coach with extensive experience in educational leadership. Grounded in the British, Australian, Emirati and New Zealand curricula, she focuses on engagement, relationships and achievement. She is a Positive Behaviour for Learning facilitator, an Essential Skills for Classroom Management coach and a trained Classroom Profiling instructor, and she supports teachers through coaching, structured reflection and adaptive practices that strengthen instructional impact, designing and delivering professional development that helps educators embed adaptive teaching and responsive leadership. She is committed to education outside the classroom, holds qualifications in outdoor leadership and is an assessor for the Duke of Edinburgh and Sheikh Sultan Awards. Through pastoral care, adaptive teaching, restorative practice and professional learning, she works to support the academic success, wellbeing and personal development of students, teachers and the wider school community.
