Imen Guiga is an educational leader with more than 15 years of experience strengthening teaching and learning. As Academic Vice Principal at Riyadh Schools she focuses on academic excellence, impactful professional development and social-emotional learning as a core pillar of student and teacher success. Her leadership centres on empowering educators, nurturing inclusive school cultures and creating learning environments in which every individual can thrive. She began her career as an English teacher before becoming Curriculum and Assessment Leader and then Head of English.
