Group Chief Customer and AI Officer

Görkem Köseoğlu is Group Chief Customer and AI Officer at Network International, responsible for embedding artificial intelligence in the company's business processes and product development. He has more than thirty years of experience delivering business transformation models through digital technology, analytics and artificial intelligence. He held several roles at ING, including group chief analytics officer and chief technology officer and chief operating officer at ING Turkiye, where he established the bank's global analytics unit and led transformations across its banking units. He represented the banking sector before the European Commission during the drafting of the EU AI Act, and more recently founded Prometa.ai, whose data scientists help companies from financial services to healthcare redesign customer journeys and operating models with agentic AI. He studied at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul and at TSM Business School.
