Glauber Mota is chief executive of Revolut in Brazil, appointed ahead of the British financial super-app's official entry into Latin America's largest market. He has sixteen years of experience in financial services spanning asset management, retail banking, risk management, treasury, finance, technology and operations, with work across Brazil, the United States, the United Kingdom, Portugal and Switzerland. Before joining Revolut he was a partner at the investment bank BTG Pactual and chief operating officer of its digital retail unit, having previously held senior executive roles in its wholesale bank and its private banking business in Switzerland. He holds degrees from IME and IMPA in Brazil and completed the general management programme at Harvard Business School. He is a startup investor, active on advisory boards and focused on innovation and venture capital.
