Georgios Kormpas

Director of Student Affairs

Georgios Kormpas is an educator and researcher specializing in English language teaching and technology-enhanced learning, and Director of Student Affairs at Al Yamamah University. He is pursuing a PhD in e-research (technology-enhanced learning) at Lancaster University. With a background in technology integration and UNESCO’s Futures of Education initiative, he presented on the ethical use of AI at the UNESCO Global Forum on the Ethics of AI in Slovenia. He has co-edited and authored publications on teacher education, digital transformation and English language teacher associations, promoting innovation and responsible AI adoption in learning.
