Faiza Mubeen is an educational leader committed to inclusion, wellbeing and school cultures in which every child feels seen, supported and able to thrive. With more than two decades of experience in international schools, she is Director of Inclusion at Beech Hall School Riyadh, leading a team that creates equitable pathways for all learners in line with global standards and Vision 2030. Her work is rooted in compassion, high expectations and collaborative leadership, and she treats inclusion as a school-wide culture and daily practice rather than a single department, whether developing frameworks, supporting families, mentoring staff or strengthening community partnerships.
