Fahad Suliman Albadah

Chief Executive Officer

Fahad Suliman Albadah is an engineer and the Chief Executive Officer of the Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center (RIPC), and a member of its board of directors. The board is chaired by the Mayor of Riyadh, HH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Ayyaf, and brings together representatives of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the Communications, Space and Technology Commission, the Ministry of Energy, the Roads General Authority, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the private sector. The centre works to improve and develop infrastructure project works across the Riyadh region, raising quality of life for residents and visitors, improving the urban landscape and contributing to spending efficiency. Its goals include unified regulations and comprehensive planning, higher operational efficiency, wider adoption of innovative solutions and better use of data and digital capabilities, and reducing the disruption that works cause to residents. Its publications include the Infrastructure Projects Code (August 2025), the Accreditation Framework for Infrastructure Project Works Implementers (issued November 2025, effective January 2027) and the Quality Charter (June 2026).
