Clara Shi

Chief Executive Officer of WorldFirst

Clara Shi is Chief Executive Officer of WorldFirst, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ant International providing one-stop payment and financial services to small and medium-sized businesses trading across borders, and also serves as Vice President of Ant International. She joined Ant Group in October 2017 and has held senior roles in its international business group. Before that she was Head of International Subsidiary Banking within commercial banking at HSBC Bank (China) between July 2015 and October 2017, and spent more than eleven years at Citibank (China) from December 2003 to July 2015, rising to North China Head of the Global Subsidiary Group within global corporate and investment banking. She studied at Donghua University in Shanghai.
