Azza Salman

English Teacher

Azza Salman is a certified mentor trainer with more than 15 years of experience teaching English as a foreign language, beginning in 2008 as a TOEFL instructor at South Valley University in Egypt. Her international experience includes a Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant role at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in the United States. She earned a master’s degree in humanities from the American University in Cairo in 2013 as part of the Arab Women Professionals Program sponsored by the Open Society Foundations. She has taught English at international schools in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and she is pursuing a PhD in comparative, international and development education at the University of Toronto.
