Azamat Sultanov is the co-founder and executive chairman of GoCab Holding, a mobility finance and fintech company launched in late 2023 in Ivory Coast with Hendrick Ketchemen to finance vehicles for gig economy drivers. It raised forty-five million dollars to scale its model and is expanding across Africa, the Gulf, Latin America and Portugal, built on the idea of turning capital into a tool for social mobility, financial inclusion and long-term economic empowerment. He is also investment director and partner at the asset management firm Jefferson Capital, where he leads the investment team, a board member of Alif Bank, a fintech operating in Central Asia, and a co-founder of Fortu Wealth, which gives high-net-worth individuals and family offices a digital gateway to alternative investments. He studied finance and international relations at London Business School and the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
