Amir H. Greiss

Amir H. Greiss is the Founder and CEO of SharpMinds Consulting Engineers, where he leads the company's strategy of creating human-centric design environments that integrate people, environment, technology and functionality. With more than two decades of experience across architecture, engineering, project management and planning, he has contributed to several sectors, notably public healthcare, including landmark and specialized projects in Abu Dhabi such as the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Dialysis Centre and the detailed design of Abu Dhabi's only government women's and children's hospital within the new Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Master Plan, covering more than 270,000 sqm. Before establishing SharpMinds, he held senior positions at international firms including Leo A Daly and Peddle Thorp Architects, and was most recently partner and CEO of Morgan Consulting Engineers. He holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Planning and Engineering from Ain Shams University in Egypt and has been an international associate member of the American Institute of Architects since 2015.
