Amandine Lobelle

Chief Operating Officer

Amandine Lobelle is chief operating officer of Paystack and The Stack Group, overseeing core business and revenue functions including finance, people operations, legal and compliance, sales and account management, based in Lagos. Paystack is among Africa's leading digital payments companies, and she was closely involved in its acquisition by Stripe. She began her career in investment banking, working on mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley in London and Johannesburg, then was a venture capital investor at the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank, investing in early-stage fintech companies across sub-Saharan Africa, and earlier worked at UNHCR. She served as business head at Paystack before becoming chief operating officer. She holds a bachelor's degree from Trinity College Dublin and studied at the Harvard Kennedy School between 2014 and 2016.
