Amal AlAmoudi

Founding Director, Education Leaders Institute

Amal AlAmoudi is the Founding Director of the Education Leaders Institute at Misk Foundation and Riyadh Schools Group, which she built from strategy through to operation. She leads seven national programs spanning the full educator pathway, from nursery practitioners and teaching assistants to principals and directors general, and she designed the Institute’s unified training quality and competency framework, delivered in partnership with Cambridge, the Ministry of Education, the Education and Training Evaluation Commission and the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. She holds a PhD in public policy from Carleton University and spent two decades building national quality and governance systems before turning to education.
