Senior Vice President, Head of Innovation Lab and Studio

Aljohara Almandil has been senior vice president and head of the innovation lab at Riyad Bank since March 2022, leading the digital innovation lab at the bank's Jeel unit with responsibility for solution design, business modelling and strategy. She established the digital lab division along with its charter, manual and team structure and helped set up the new digital innovation centre where the bank's digital solutions are developed and produced. Her experience in digital innovation, customer value management and strategic transformation spans major financial institutions including Riyad Bank, Banque Saudi Fransi and SABB, and between 2016 and 2018 she was senior segmentation manager at Banque Saudi Fransi, where she helped establish the award-winning Antee banking brand for women. She is a member of the Misk 2030 Leaders programme and holds a global executive MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor's degree from the University of Tampa.
