Alex Hageman

Managing Director, Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets

Alexander Hageman is a managing director at the investment bank Moelis & Company and head of its equity capital markets business for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai. He advises corporates, alternative asset managers and sovereign clients on major European and Middle Eastern equity capital markets transactions, particularly initial public offerings and follow-on offerings. He joined Moelis as a managing director in September 2011 and previously worked in the equity capital markets groups at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley on transactions across all industries, serving as a director at Citigroup Global Markets in London between 2005 and 2011. Before his investment banking career he worked on the buyside team at Robeco Asset Management. He holds an MSc in corporate finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
