Dr Abdulrahman bin Saad Al-Miqtaf is Director of Programmes and Academic Development and Secretary of the Scientific Council at King Fahd Security College in Riyadh, the institution that trains the Kingdom's security officers and awards degrees in security sciences. He oversees the development of curricula and academic programmes, quality and accreditation standards, and the work of the Scientific Council including promotions and research.
