Abdullah Terkaoui is Unit Head for Rigging at Nesma & Partners, a major Saudi engineering, construction and industrial-services group. He is a heavy-lifting specialist with expertise in engineered heavy lifts, critical-path operations, rigging design and transport logistics, and has delivered complex, large-scale projects across the Kingdom's oil, gas and energy sectors, including subcontracted rigging work on the Riyadh Metro's Package Two under main contractors Salini-Impregilo and Larsen & Toubro. His session and involvement in the programme reflect the rigging-engineering discipline that underpins safe execution of the region's largest infrastructure lifts.
