Abdulelah A. Aldeheem
Vice Governor for Executive Affairs
Abdulelah A. Aldeheem is Vice Governor for Executive Affairs at the Saudi Central Bank, appointed at excellent rank by royal order in July 2026. He rose through senior roles at the central bank, including Assistant Governor for Executive Affairs, Deputy Governor for Financial and Administrative Affairs and Director of Investment Risk and Performance. He sits on the board of the Saudi Central Bank and on the board of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and completed the leadership development programme at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, alongside a number of specialist certificates in investment, risk management and governance. His current remit covers the executive affairs of the central bank, including operations, resources and institutional performance.
