Abdul Rouf is General Manager of Mammoet Saudi Arabia, the Saudi operation of the global heavy-lift and transport specialist active across the Gulf's mega-projects. He leads the company's engineering, equipment and project-execution capability in the Kingdom, covering some of the largest lifting and heavy-transport assignments in the region's oil, gas and infrastructure sectors. At the conference he joins the panel on optimising heavy-lift operations in oil and gas, sharing Mammoet's approach to lift planning, mandatory safety audits and modular construction standards that streamline complex lifting projects.
