Jeddah Hosts Sixth Hajj Conference and Exhibition with 520 Entities from 150 Countries

Under the patronage of King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Jeddah is set to host the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition from 8 to 11 November at the Jeddah Superdome, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Guests of God Service Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, and held under the slogan “From Makkah to the World.” The event, listed on the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2026 page, extends the Kingdom's longstanding efforts in caring for pilgrims.

The sixth edition brings together more than 520 governmental, private and non-profit entities from Saudi Arabia and abroad, with participation and attendance from over 150 countries across an exhibition floor exceeding 67,000 square meters. Its program spans more than 15 main zones and tracks that combine operational, knowledge, technical, business, innovation, awareness and training dimensions, giving visitors and delegates a single platform to review services and solutions ahead of the coming season.

The conference forms part of early preparations for the 1448 Hajj season, with the participation of pilgrim affairs offices, service providers and relevant authorities, allowing them to complete procedures, arrangements and contracts and to examine the services available for the next season, while discussing ways to raise readiness and develop services for pilgrims. The program is distributed across three main tracks covering infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and development and sustainability, with sessions addressing transport and logistics, facility management, housing and hospitality, catering, security and safety, healthcare, media and communication, technology and innovation, and training and qualification.

The Hajj Council will present 32 sessions with 42 speakers covering applied and research topics including transport, catering, technology, healthcare, housing, sustainability, media, crowd management and enriching the pilgrim experience. For the first time, the sixth edition also hosts the Awareness and Training Forum under the slogan “From Awareness to Empowerment,” featuring specialized programs, experiences and workshops aimed at developing awareness tools, raising training efficiency and qualifying workers in pilgrim services.

Innovation and business occupy a central place through the Innovation Zone, the Future of Hajj Innovations Camp, the Technology Oasis and the Hajj Innovations Exhibition, while the Business Center provides spaces for meetings, completing contracts and signing agreements. The event also includes specialized zones for aviation, health, technology and media, alongside the “Made in Saudi Arabia” zone and the Partners Platform.
