Sulaiman Al Rajhi Real Estate has joined the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2026 in Jeddah, where it is presenting its residential, commercial and hospitality portfolio and unveiling a new hotel subsidiary aimed at the Makkah and Madinah market. The event runs from 8 to 11 November under the theme “From Makkah to the World”.

At the heart of the company's display is Talal Village in Makkah, a mixed-use development it holds up as a model for integrated communities that combine housing, retail and services in a single urban fabric. Alongside it, the company is outlining its asset development and management approach and the investment opportunities it sees in the holy cities, with an emphasis on expanding capacity to keep pace with rising numbers of pilgrims.

The newly announced subsidiary, Talal Hospitality for Hajj, is designed to build hotel infrastructure in Makkah and Madinah and to offer pilgrims end-to-end services stretching from trip planning through to the return journey. Maaz bin Abdulaziz Al Makhdoob, Managing Director and CEO of Sulaiman Al Rajhi Real Estate, said: «Our participation reflects our focus on integrated real estate that meets the needs of Makkah, its residents and its visitors, and on opening wider channels of cooperation with investors and partners.»

The company frames its presence at the exhibition as a platform for talks with government and regulatory bodies, developers and service providers, and for exploring partnerships that link real estate development with the hospitality and pilgrimage services ecosystem. According to the company, it has been active since 2002 and holds investments exceeding SAR 8 billion.
