The activities of the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2026 launched today in Jeddah. Held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Guests of God Service Program—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs—it runs until November 11, 2026, at Jeddah Superdome under the slogan "From Makkah to the World."
This year's edition welcomes more than 520 government, private, and civil entities from inside and outside the Kingdom, along with delegations and participants representing more than 150 countries. The exhibition spans an area exceeding 67,000 square meters and features a program distributed across more than 15 zones and main tracks covering operational, knowledge, technology, business, innovation, awareness, and training aspects.
The event comes within the framework of early preparation for the Hajj season of 1448 AH, where officials from Hajj affairs offices, service providers, and relevant entities meet to complete arrangements, contracts, and procedures, learn about the services and solutions available for the upcoming season, and discuss what enhances readiness and improves what is offered to the Guests of God. The conference's work is divided into three tracks: infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and development and sustainability. Its sessions address transportation, logistics, facility management, housing, hospitality, catering, security and safety, healthcare, media, technology, innovation, training, and experience enrichment.
The "Hajj Council" presents 32 sessions with 42 speakers, addressing applied and research topics in transportation, catering, technology, healthcare, housing, sustainability, media, crowd management, and experience enrichment. This edition also witnesses, for the first time, the holding of the "Awareness and Training Forum" under the slogan "From Awareness to Empowerment," with its programs, experiences, and specialized workshops that contribute to developing awareness tools and raising the efficiency of qualification for those working in serving the Guests of God.
The innovative experience is present through the Innovation Zone, the "Future of Hajj Innovations" camp, the Technology Oasis, and the Hajj Innovations Exhibition, while the "Business Center" provides spaces for meetings, completing contracts, and signing agreements, alongside specialized zones in aviation, health, technology, and media, the "Made in Saudi Arabia" zone, and the Partners Platform. The Ministry has invited those interested and specialists to register to attend and learn about the programs and events via its website.
