Announced its participation as a strategic partner in the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2026, where the digital solutions company is putting its portfolio of pilgrim-facing products on display, according to a report by Sabq. The company said its presence reflects its role within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem and its work in applying technology and innovation to raise the efficiency of services across the pilgrim journey.
At the centre of the showcase is the Nusuk Card, which has surpassed 1.8 million printed cards at a completion rate of 100%, alongside Nusuk AI, the smart housing solution, Nusuk Marhaba, the Hajj Without a Bag initiative, the Nusuk Masar smart assistant and the Rawdah experience. The Rawdah experience has recorded more than 40 million bookings, while Nusuk AI answered over 155,000 questions during the last Hajj season, figures the company cites as evidence of how digital tools are reshaping the beneficiary experience.
The company is also highlighting its capabilities in data utilisation, artificial intelligence and systems integration, presenting them as a way to help entities make faster decisions and lift operational efficiency, so that technical capacity translates into measurable impact for the sector. «We continue to work and integrate with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and its partners in the ecosystem,» a company statement said, describing the goal as delivering sustainable impact that supports the Kingdom's targets for serving pilgrims and enriching their experience.
The participation comes ahead of the sixth edition of the conference, hosted in Jeddah, which brings together entities from across the Hajj and Umrah sector to review services, technologies and operational models tied to the pilgrim journey.
