Saudi 6th Procurement Conference 2026

The Saudi 6th Procurement Conference returns on 7 and 8 October 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Riyadh Financial District Hotel and Suites, bringing together the procurement and supply chain community in the Kingdom and the wider region. First held in 2019, across six editions it has become the meeting point where purchasing leaders from government bodies and companies meet solution providers.

The programme runs over two days in the Al Ghadeer Ballroom across thirty-one panel discussions and presentations, covering artificial intelligence in procurement, local content against cost optimisation, supplier relationship management and performance measurement, risk governance, building capability in purchasing departments, government procurement and its regulations, and supplier governance at giga-project scale. The organiser expects more than 400 senior delegates and over 40 speakers; the audience is procurement, contracts and supply chain managers in government bodies and companies, along with digital purchasing solution providers and consultants in the field.

Attendance is by paid ticket at SAR 5,750 for a delegate pass; tickets are subject to the organiser's prior approval and no cancellation is accepted after purchase. An awards segment runs through both days after the question sessions, and on-site registration opens at 7:30 am on each day.
