About the event
The IDC Public Sector Congress Saudi Arabia takes place on 16 December 2026 at Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC Hotel & Convention under the theme Intelligent Governance for a Transforming Nation. It brings together technology leaders, policymakers, CISOs, CIOs and data leaders from government at a point when Vision 2030 digital programmes are moving from pilots to platform-scale capabilities across ministries and sectors.
The programme runs over one evening and combines keynotes, plenary sessions, two parallel tracks and two end-user panels. Themes include unified government platforms, generative AI and agentic workflows, cloud, sovereign AI and data localisation, sustainable governance and digital twins, and a future-ready public workforce, alongside cybersecurity, AI safety and alignment with National Cybersecurity Authority and PDPL requirements.
Attendance is by advance registration through the organiser's platform with no published fee, and every registration is reviewed by the organiser before approval, with applicants notified of the outcome. The day opens with evening registration and closes with a networking dinner for participants.
