IDC沙特公共部门大会将于2026年12月16日在利雅得皇冠假日酒店及会议中心（Crowne Plaza Riyadh RDC）举行，主题为“为转型中的国家打造智能治理”。大会汇聚政府部门的技术领导者、政策制定者、首席信息安全官、首席信息官和数据负责人，正值2030愿景下的数字化项目从试点走向跨部委、跨行业的平台级能力之际。
大会为期一个晚上，包括主题演讲、全体会议、两个并行分会场以及两场最终用户圆桌讨论。议题涵盖统一的政务平台、生成式人工智能与智能体工作流、云、主权人工智能与数据本地化、可持续治理与数字孪生、面向未来的公共部门人才队伍，同时涉及网络安全、人工智能安全，以及与国家网络安全局和个人数据保护法要求的衔接。
参会须提前注册，目前主办方未公布任何费用，每份注册申请均由主办方审核后确认，并将结果通知申请人。当天以傍晚签到开始，以交流晚宴结束。
