Innovation Challenge Accelerator GovJam 2026

About the event
The Innovation Challenge Accelerator GovJam 2026 takes place in Riyadh at the Innovation Center of the Digital Government Authority, with its pitches and evaluation phase running from 10 to 12 November 2026. It is a government innovation business accelerator that turns the challenges and opportunities of government entities into practical digital solutions by connecting those entities with startups and entrepreneurs.
The accelerator has two tracks: the Government Challenges track, in which companies present solutions to specific challenges set by government entities, and the Innovation Opportunities track for companies with a market-proven product or solution that want to scale within the government sector. In the pitches and evaluation phase, participating companies present their solutions to partners from government entities and investment funds. A six-month incubation program then runs from 6 December 2026 to 30 June 2027, offering mentoring, advisory services, a secure testing environment and access to a network of investors.
Participation is aimed at technology startups registered in Saudi Arabia with their headquarters in the Kingdom, and at entrepreneurs who have a prototype. Applications were open through the accelerator website from 5 to 17 October 2026, and a company may not take part in more than one challenge. The Authority has not published any participation fee.
