Esports World Cup

The 2026 Esports World Cup runs from 6 July to 23 August in Paris, France, organized by the Saudi-based Esports World Cup Foundation as the largest competition in esports history by prize pool and scale, held at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles across seven weeks that bring together the world's top players, clubs and publishers. The tournament features more than 20 competitions across leading titles, with an opening ceremony at La Seine Musicale on 8 July featuring DJ Snake, Aya Nakamura and Theodora, while Saudi club Team Falcons enters as the reigning Club Championship winner from the 2025 edition. Paris hosts the 2026 edition as part of the Foundation's vision to reach gaming audiences worldwide, given the city's accessibility, advanced facilities and long experience in hosting major events, while Riyadh remains central to the tournament's future with plans to return in 2027.
