Wei Fangqian

Chairman

Wei Fangqian is Chairman of Henan Beizhu Group. He holds an EMBA from Tsinghua University and is a senior engineer. He heads the Henan Provincial Foamed Asphalt Low-Carbon Materials Technology and Equipment Innovation Center (under the provincial Department of Transportation) and the Henan Provincial Road Energy-Saving Materials and Application Engineering Technology Research Center (under the provincial Department of Science and Technology). He has taken part in one provincial-level science and technology research project and led three major municipal-level science and technology projects. He has also led and contributed to the drafting of one industry standard and three group standards. He holds 44 patents and has published three professional academic papers in core journals.
