General Manager of Road Network Strategy and Planning

Mohammad Alharbi is an engineer and the General Manager of Road Network Strategy and Planning at the Roads General Authority in Saudi Arabia. The authority is the government body responsible for the Kingdom's road sector, regulating and supervising it and planning, developing and maintaining the road network. It works towards the targets of the Roads Sector Strategy, including reaching sixth place globally in the Road Quality Index by 2030 and reducing road traffic fatalities to fewer than five per 100,000 people.
