Col. Turki bin Muqbil Al-Harbi is the official spokesman for the Presidency of State Security in Saudi Arabia. Established in 2017 and reporting to the Prime Minister, the Presidency handles counter-terrorism and terrorist financing, intelligence and internal security. In his role he conveys the Presidency's statements and positions to the public and the media, explains matters relating to security cases and awareness campaigns, and manages media relations around events concerning the agency.
