Saleh Al-Hudhaif is an experienced human resources leader with extensive expertise in workforce strategy, Saudization, and organizational development within the healthcare and services sectors in Saudi Arabia. He currently serves as Head of Human Resources, playing a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives and ensuring compliance with local regulations and national transformation goals. Throughout his career, he has led major initiatives in talent localization, leadership development, and capacity building, with a strong focus on preparing Saudi talent for critical leadership and technical roles. He holds the SHRM-SCP certification, is currently pursuing an Executive MBA, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is passionate about building a future-ready workforce that supports Saudi Vision 2030.
