Ayoub Al-Nuwaiser works in human resources and organizational development, supporting organizations in their growth and adaptation within complex, transformation-driven environments. He currently serves as Vice President of Organizational Development at the Sports Boulevard Foundation, where he contributes to comprehensive initiatives covering organizational design, learning and development, leadership capacity building, succession planning, and performance management. Previously, he worked at the Royal Commission for AlUla, where he led major organizational restructuring initiatives, and was part of the founding human capital team at the National Cybersecurity Authority, helping establish HR foundations from job structuring and workforce planning to talent management and total rewards. In his work, he embraces the role of employee advocate and strategic partner to leadership.
