Dr Rania Samir Adham serves as Director of Hajj Affairs Offices Relations at Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The ministry is the Saudi government body responsible for regulating Hajj and Umrah affairs and serving pilgrims. She is part of the ministry's Deputy Ministry for International Cooperation.
