Marcelo Alves de Paula is a People Development Manager and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, based in Riyadh. He designs and leads strategic initiatives in learning, leadership, and culture that help large, diverse teams grow and thrive. His career spans multiple sectors including healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and retail, through leadership roles with Al Nahdi Medical Company, flyadeal, Marriott International, Viceroy Hotel Group, Nando's, Hard Rock International, and Pizza Express in the United Kingdom. He is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of São Paulo, and has completed executive programs in Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence at IMD and Organizational Impact Leadership at the Center for Creative Leadership. His work is grounded in building environments where continuous learning is the norm and inclusion is a lived practice.
