Ibrahim Cinar is Google Cloud's Head of Partner Sales & Alliances for the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, a role also referred to in Google Cloud materials as Head of Channels and Alliances for the same region. He was quoted in a November 2025 KPMG Middle East press release on regional clients' cloud and AI priorities, and has announced Google Cloud's new cloud region in Turkiye, developed in partnership with Turkcell as part of a two-billion-dollar Google investment in the country's digital transformation. Earlier in his career he worked at Microsoft in Turkey on OEM, retail and partner account management. He studied at Koc University and speaks English and German alongside Turkish.
