Roads and Highways Country Manager

Herman Cronje is the Country Manager for Roads and Highways at Surbana Jurong in Saudi Arabia and a professionally registered civil engineer. He has led multidisciplinary teams and complex infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, South Africa and the United Kingdom, with expertise spanning highway design, project and design management, BIM and digital delivery. His portfolio includes major programmes such as the Aseer–Jizan Highway PPP, NEOM Oxagon and NEOM Trojena in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, HS2 in the United Kingdom and the Wingfield Interchange Scheme in South Africa. He was recognised by Consulting Engineers South Africa as Mentor of the Year in 2023.
