Dr. Adrian White is a strategic leader in HR, talent, and development, as well as a team and systems coach, author, and speaker. Over the past twenty years, he has established and developed teams and functions in talent, development, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and institutional development at both regional and global levels, working with major brands such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Cleveland Clinic, Maersk, ADNOC, and BAE Systems, in addition to his previous experience in the UK with the Virgin Group and Sky Television. He combines strategic depth with practical application in building leadership and institutional capabilities.
